MINIMUN STAYS
From Dec 19, 2008 through Jan 4, 2009 a seven (7) nights stay is required in all type of rooms. For Carnival Feb 13 through Feb 23, different minimun nights stays apply as per type of room. Contact us for more information.
PAYMENT / DEPOSITS
Reservations are considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of a minimum 1 night cash or check deposit or with valid Credit Card (AMEX, MC, VISA). If credit card is to be used, a voucher authorizing deposit will be faxed that needs to be signed and returned. Three (3) nights deposit is required within the following dates:
25-Dec-08 through 4-Jan-09 and 13-Feb through 23-Feb-09.

Two (2) nights cancellation penalty applies if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival for the following check-in dates:
19-Dec-08 to 04-Jan-09
13-Feb-09 to 23-Feb-09
One (1) night cancellation penalty applies for no show at any other date. |
